Welcome to Day 5 of 31 Days of Halloween. I am your hostess with the mostess…
Today I have for you another polish which was released for Halloween 2010–Zombie Zest by China Glaze. The name of this polish sounds completely and unequivocally gross (think about zesting a citrus fruit… now the zest of zombies? *shudder* And what would you make with zombie zest anyhow??!).
But I digress. On to the polish:
Zombie Zest (gack) has a sheer orangey-brownish-green base (I imagine this is how putrescence looks) packed full of green microglitter that flashes teal and gold in certain lights.
It’s probably the most gross polish I own. And I love it. Because it’s Halloween related. š
I can be nutters at least once a year, right?
P.S. Don’t forget to enter my Halloween haiku giveaway!
I love it!! And I agree on the description, I must get it š
It’s pretty awesome, even if it does make me want to yarf. I can always keep an eye out for it on your behalf. š
Maybe the “Zest” refers to their (literal) “zest for life.” Get it? Get it? Yuk, yuk, yuk.
That is an odd color. It kinda looks like the stuff you hock up during a bad cold. Except, you know, glittery and shit.
Or their zest for braaaaaaaaains?
You’ve never hocked up glitter before? Hm.
I pondered about what Zombie Zest was and would be used for. Maybe bait for more Zombies? Like chum? GROSS!!!
Nevertheless, I love it and will keep it (in case I need to flush out some Zombies!).
Gross… LMAO. ā¤
This is so ugly-pretty, I love it! š
Exactly… this is one of those ugly-pretty colors. I couldn’t think of a more appropriate description.
I’m telling you, I’m dying over here. Maybe zest for BRAIIIINNNN STEWWWW? *gag*
LOVE THIS DISGUSTING POLISH. It’s teh awesome. YOU are teh awesome.
Wasn’t that a Green Day song?? LOL
THIS IS MY FAVE OUT OF THIS COLLECTION! I’m wearing this on my b-day for sure! Unless I think of something else. š I love this snotty polish. š lol
It’s a most appropriate bday polish, IMHO. š
